How do I return an item purchased on Posh Pitara?

Return is only applicable on the items which are either defective, damaged, or not as described. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since delivery of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. To be eligible for an exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase & an unboxing video.

No Return on Hand painted paintings & wall plates. Any damages will be repaired and fixed on the originally delivered painting or wall plate.

If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to replace the product, you have to raise a return request by sending us an email on our customer support at hello@poshpitara.com. Please send a video while unboxing our packaging of the product as a proof for damaged/defective or a not as described claim.

Once we have received your request, we will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for replacement of the product.

We do a reverse pickup of the product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” from the customer’s place in an unused condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact.
